About Dwain

Dwain DeVille is not the CEO coach you know.

An entrepreneur, author, biker and speaker, Dwain combines 30 years in the boardroom and on the bike to deliver a no-B.S. approach that actually moves the needle for your business.

Over the years, he has crafted a career coaching top CEOs and organizations, becoming one of the most sought-after and respected business advisors in Orlando and beyond. His experience covers the spectrum of business, from small enterprises to major corporations, including the Fortune 100.

Dwain’s point of difference is that he doesn’t just focus on an organization’s top brass. While he certainly serves as a trusted advisor and strategic director for CEOs, leaders and founders, his laid-back style makes it easy to connect with people at all levels of an organization. Dwain earns the respect and trust of his clients, allowing him to help leaders build a strong organization from the inside out, supercharging performance and solidifying culture—so their business can thrive as they enjoy their passions.

Dwain draws on his years of experience as an entrepreneur and as an avid biker in his coaching—but it hasn’t always been an easy road.

In 2004, Dwain was diagnosed with life-threatening kidney cancer. Staring his mortality in the face, Dwain did what he does often—he went for a long ride to clear his head. There he realized he wanted to truly combine his passion for biking with his passion for business, creating the life he wanted to live.

The result was two-fold. First, Dwain wrote his book, The Biker’s Guide to Business: When Business and Life Meet at the Crossroads, delivering hard-won business wisdom in his signature no-nonsense style. Second, he launched The CEO Ride, a business conference on wheels for elite CEOs.

Now, Dwain also shares his business insights and personal story as a celebrated speaker. From intimate mastermind sessions to keynotes at top conferences, Dwain brings his creative approach to topics all those in business can relate to, from powering performance and empowering the second tier to truly discovering work-life balance.

No matter the arena, Dwain develops deep connections with those he works with, imparting his unique wisdom. Whether you’re a biker or not, you’ll be ready to rev up and ride toward success.
